We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or colour preferences.

Defective or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Please contact us at admin@maisonluma.sg within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Maison Luma reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
